ENERGY EFFECT
offers the mechanism of ESCO contracting for increasing the energy efficiency of its customers in accordance with Art. 48 and 49 of the Energy Efficiency Act
The benefits of an ESCO contract for the customer are:
- investment for the realization of energy saving measures at the expense of ENERGY EFFECT
- customer investment paid by the energy savings
- ENERGY EFFECT guarantees to achieve energy savings by paying a penalty to the customer for the difference
- ENERGY EFFECT bears all financial, technological and commercial risk for the implementation of the included in the agreement activities and measures to increase energy efficiency and to achieve the guaranteed result
- whole economy remains in favor of the customer after expiration of ESCO contract
