ENERGY AUDIT AND CERTIFICATION
Subject to mandatory certification аrе all public service buildings in operation with a total floor area of over 500 sq. metres and from 9 July 2015 – with a gross floor area of over 250 square meters (EEA art.19 par. 2)
ENERGY MANAGEMENT
Owners of buildings under Art. 19, par. 2 and industrial systems under Art. 33 para. 2 are required to manage energy efficiency. (EEA art. 36)
DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION
Owners of buildings under par. 2 are required to implement measures to improve energy efficiency prescribed by the energy audit within three years from the date of acceptance of the audit results. (EEL art. 19 par. 3)
